After graduating with a film degree from Liberty University, Mitch directed an acclaimed feature film and several award-winning short films that have screened in film festivals nationwide.

Since 2018, Mitch has served as assistant director on the hit series The Chosen, directing thousands of background actors in some of the most iconic biblical scenes ever captured on film.

Madison Hudson

Madison (Maddy) also studied at Liberty University, earning a degree in Film and Graphic Design. She designed the poster for Mitch’s first feature film, Summer Daydream, and worked alongside him throughout the years as a production designer, hair and makeup dept., and story sounding board. She’s spent years assisting Mitch during The Chosen’s large background days as an additional PA.

After several years at the enterprise software powerhouse, SAP, as the Project Manager of a creative team, Maddy now works full-time with Mitch. During Season 1 of The Promised Land, Maddy was our Script Supervisor. She was recently promoted for Season 2 to be our Story Editor and Co-Writer.
